 Cancellation Policy

 

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@theprofessiional.com or call +91 99107 25557.

 

Processing Time: Orders cancelled after 24 hours may already be processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Refund Policy

-Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. 
-Return Period: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and  sale items are non-refundable.

 How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@theprofessiional.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization:  You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your product.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 Processing Refunds

- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
